The myJH project team has been working on myJH Beta for some time and we are excited to share this with you.
myJH Beta is Your New Home
myJH Beta is now your default home for myJH. Don’t worry – you can go back to the old site through May 2023.
What’s New?
Visually, not much has changed. We appreciate that change can be disruptive and our intention was to minimize its impact. Our roadmap includes some exciting features to improve communication and personalization and will harmonize with other applications in the Hopkins ecosystem. We will introduce these features with intentionality.
| myProfile | You will notice a few changes within myProfile: – A responsive, mobile friendly design – No more world view; fields show to Hopkins or not at all – Other settings and preferences have moved from a column to their own tab |
| Navigation | Need to access the old version of myJH? – Click your JHED ID in the upper right corner and select Go to myJH (Legacy) – Some apps are not yet built for Beta – the site will automatically take you back to the old version to finish your task |
Why Are We Doing This?
IT@JH has a number of guiding principles. myJH embodies these in terms of security, service excellence, simplification, savings, and sustainability. These principles drove decisions around our new architecture and codebase, which carve a path for future development. With this new version, we’ve introduced security improvements and leverage cloud-based technologies.
