myJH Outage

We are currently experiencing significant issues with the myJH (JHED) database. Our engineers do not yet understand the root cause of the issue, but have noticed symptoms that include data corruption.

While our engineers work to identify the root cause of the problem, tonight at 10 PM, the technical team will attempt to restore from data from backup taken on August 17, 2021 at 1 PM. This will require downtime of myJH and other JHED-enabled applications for approximately 2 hours.

To minimize the impact of data loss, we have disabled the save button on myProfile until service has been restored to normal operations.
